My commitment to my health
Ok I finally am trying to get serious and commit to getting healthy, fit and strong. I have subscribed to Self magazine for 2 years and recently signed up to the selfdietclub where you track your workouts, weight and keep a food log. It is somewhat time consuming but it is making me be accountable for it! I also joined one of the self forums titled 'accountability!' so that I get daily inspiration from other exercising women. The Self 3 month challenge is my first ever. Each week I have to do 3 cardio and 2 strength sessions. The 1st month challenge is just the right level for me-basic! I have always wanted flat abs and strong arms-I am going to get them! Here is my ab inspiration picture:
